Spianare la frolla col mattarello, di circa 5 mm. Ritagliare i biscotti con il coppapasta rotondo, disporre al centro un po' di mostarda e piegare a metà, chiudendo solo i lati.
Cuocere in forno a 180° per 15 minuti. Lasciare raffreddare.

Gluttons biscuit with berries, with mustard
A good use of berry Mostarda Lazzaris. I tried it in yogurt, ice cream and cheese, and it has always been good but in biscuits it is really a gluttony! The shape reminds me of so many mouths that eat the berries, so I named them gluttons...
Roll out the pastry with a rolling pin, about 5 mm. Cut out cookies with a pastry rings round, put in the middle a bit of mustard and fold in half, closing only the sides.
Bake at 180° for 15 minutes. Let cool.
